What you should know.
Your accommodation
As a seasonal worker, you usually live in accommodation provided by your employer. On this page, you will find information about the accommodation and what it includes. Below, you can read about what you should not do there.
Accommodation and Meals Costs
Your contract will state how much the accommodation and food cost. Your employer will probably provide you with accommodation. Then it must be clear who pays the costs. If your employer provides your accommodation and meals, they can take a portion of your wages for rent and food. They must show you exactly how much this is on your payslip.
Ask how much money will be deducted from your wages at the end of the season to cover your accommodation and meals.

Cooking in the bedrooms? Better not!

You are not allowed to prepare food in bedrooms. You are not allowed to cook, fry, grill or bake there. This can be dangerous. It can cause a fire.
